Over 30 years of experience starting in New Brunswick under restaurateur Coretta King of Delta’s Restaurant in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Ais later joined the team of the New Brunswick, NJ Hyatt Hotel under the tutelage of General Manager, Larry Daniels. While attending Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ, Almahdi stayed with Delta’s restaurant sharpening his service and hospitality skills. Later in his career Ais went on to work with large restaurant groups like Chef Ford Fry’s Rocket Farm Restaurant Group and many more.
Ais opened his first restaurant and nightclub in Atlanta Georgia, followed by locations in New York in 2009. Since then he has consulted on a wide array of projects, ranging from restaurants and bars in New York, to nightclubs and lounges in Miami.
With the help of The National Restaurant Association and The American Hotel and Lodging Association, Ais opened the first full-service bar and restaurant industry school in Atlanta Georgia to provide people serious about the hospitality industry with proper training and nationally recognized certifications.
